Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Springdale, AR seeks a Team Lead – Facilities to provide technical leadership, coordinate facilities and maintenance activities, and ensure safe, reliable operation of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

You will lead a team of Facilities Technicians, drive preventive and corrective maintenance, and promote continuous improvement while working with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EH&S, and site leadership to maximize uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent) with minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of the Facilities team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Prioritize work orders and assign personnel based on priorities and equipment criticality.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for facility infrastructure and production support equipment.
• Mentor and develop Facilities Technicians through training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FAA, environmental, and company safety requirements.
• Review and approve maintenance documentation and contractor requirements.
