Job summary

The Building People is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations & Management leader to provide technical guidance and strategic direction across multiple sites. The role emphasizes review of plans, regulatory conformance, and innovative process improvements while maintaining high reliability of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and control systems.

Candidates should have a strong track record in managing complex facilities, leading teams, and delivering on safety, QA/QC, and project execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive related experience in Infrastructure Operations and Management.
• Vocational or technical training in related MEP field; professional licensing in aligned trades.
• Experience supervising complex maintenance projects and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee O&M support for all contracts and continuous operation of building systems.
• Lead, guide and manage multi-site facilities teams and vendors.
• Develop SOPs, MOPs and preventive/predictive maintenance plans.
• Manage O&M budgets and participate in financial planning.
• Coordinate with safety, engineering and project managers; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff; respond to emergencies.
