Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees.
• Monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Manage profits and losses of the department or a division.
• Develop goals to direct the department's course; guide managers in implementing initiatives.
