Job summary

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient facility performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and routine facility walkthroughs.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Maintain CMMS records and coordinate with contractors for work performed.
• Respond to system alarms, emergencies, and customer concerns.
