Job summary

JLL seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager in Nashville to support day-to-day operations and maintenance for a client facility. You will work with the Facility Management team to coordinate planning, preventive maintenance, and vendor management, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional client service.

The role involves managing work orders in a CMMS (Corrigo), scheduling preventive maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with events and facility support activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required;Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of facilities, property management, or building operations experience preferred.
• Experience using CMMS platforms for work orders; Corrigo experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and mobile tech.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between locations as needed.
• Flexible schedules, including overtime or on-call for events or emergencies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Facility Management with planning, maintenance coordination, and facility initiatives.
• Manage and track work orders through the CMMS platform, ensuring timely completion.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules with monthly look-ahead planning.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to minimize disruption.
• Assist with event coordination, mail and package delivery, and general facility support.
• Inspect janitorial and landscaping services, address deficiencies, coordinate actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service as point of contact for clients and visitors.
