Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office facilities.
• Address client inquiries and ensure timely, quality issue resolution.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and track work orders and communicate with engineers, contractors and vendors.
• Report on open/closed work orders and oversee payments and invoices.
