Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in facilities management, business admin, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred to lead complex site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site services team, including maintenance, janitorial, security, and related staff.
• Develop and implement policies for facility maintenance, landscaping, security, parking, and waste management.
• Collaborate with ops, HR, and IT to align site services with business needs.
• Manage vendor relationships: selection, negotiation, and oversight of service contracts.
• Develop and manage site services budget and monitor cost performance.
• Monitor service levels and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in site services management.
• Oversee site-related projects like expansions, renovations, relocations.
