Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in site services or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of facility management, including maintenance, security, janitorial, and landscaping.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Sound financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Knowledge of regulations, compliance standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Professional certifications in facility management (e.g., CFM, FMP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site services team, including maintenance, janitorial, security, and related staff.
• Develop policies and standards for efficient site services including maintenance, security, and waste management.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and IT to align site services with business needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts with performance metrics.
• Develop and manage the site services budget and control costs.
• Monitor service levels and customer satisfaction with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and emergency protocols.
• Conduct inspections and audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Stay updated with trends and innovations in site services management.
• Oversee planning and execution of site-related projects like expansions or relocations.
