Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Mountain View, CA. The role focuses on systems administration of the maintenance management system, managing work orders, and coordinating with technicians and third-party providers to ensure seamless service delivery for a distributed retail portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4+ years in facilities management, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of facilities management experience.
• Experience with CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage maintenance activities for group/team.
• Coordinate with vendors/3rd party providers to ensure service delivery.
• Review and close work orders; monitor KPI/SLA adherence.
• Maintain CMMS integrity and proper configuration.
