Job summary

OhioHealth in the United States is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to lead and oversee repairs and maintenance across care sites. You will coordinate daily work, manage access, and collaborate with vendors to secure contracted services while supporting projects and equipment needs.

You will also participate in budgeting for operating expenses and capital infrastructure, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Two-year degree or equivalent combination of experience in facilities or real estate is preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate or facilities management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily and future planned work assignments for the department's associates, providing timely notification of planned service work and coordinating materials and equipment.
• Assist with normal and emergency services by outsourced vendors, coordinating scheduling and communication to minimize interruptions.
• Assist with ordering materials, services and equipment and ensure all paperwork and accounting are in order.
• Assist in the creation of annual budgets for Operating Expense and capital infrastructure for the real estate department and care sites.
