Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned facility maintenance contracts.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work.
• Ensure work adheres to contract requirements, codes, budget, and performance standards.
• Maintain documentation to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct contractor training and quality inspections.
• Assist with procurement strategies for services and supplies.
• Track and report contract KPI metrics.
• Respond to emergencies affecting mechanical/electrical systems when needed.
