Job summary

CW is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the facility management team on the Humana account. The role focuses on assisting with ongoing facility and team responsibilities and ensuring successful service delivery for client needs.

The coordinator will handle inquiries, maintain building systems knowledge, coordinate with contractors, and manage work orders and communications among clients, landlords, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of work experience in administrative, accounting or tenant services.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, filing, phones, scheduling and communications.
• Previous customer service experience is expected.
• Prior experience in facilities/property management or professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries and ensure timely, quality issue resolution.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and manage work orders; assign to engineering staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and assist with billing, invoicing, and payments.
