Compass Group USA's ESFM division is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to lead local facilities management services for a national client. You will apply best practices in building maintenance, office management, and customer service while aligning with ESFM policies and client expectations.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, managing the work order system, budgeting for consumables, and supporting site events.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent working experience.
• GMP experience required; prior facilities management experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and work order management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with P&L management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor management and coordination.
• Support site event planning, setup, and teardown as needed.
• Manage work order system: track, assign tasks, close tickets.
• Ensure GMP-compliant facilities operations for a national client.
• Maintain budgeting for consumables and expenses.
