Job summary

ESFM, the corporate FM division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. The role supports the Business Services Manager and focuses on delivering excellent client service across FM operations.

Key responsibilities include supervising subcontractors for cleaning and maintenance and coordinating moves, adds, and changes. Preferred candidates have FM or hospitality leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector.
• Hospitality management experience in a leadership role (e.g., Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager).
• Experience with Soft Services including Janitorial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor management for cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manage all moves, adds, and changes for client sites.

Position Title: FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Job Summary

The Facilities Coordinator provides support to the Business Services Manager to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector

• GMP experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
