Job summary

ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the warehouse facility operations and ensure services meet high quality standards.

You will lead a Facilities team, manage office services, vendor contracts, safety programs, and purchasing while adhering to deadlines and budget targets.

This role requires at least 3 years of management experience in facilities services, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience in facilities services or related field.
• Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills with effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience with outside vendors, AP/AR, and budget management preferred.
• Proficiency with Internet and MS Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, staff development, and performance reviews for the Facilities team.
• Organize office services, events, vendor contracts, and internal communications.
• Manage vendor relations and assess new vendors.
• Ensure facility safety, emergency plans, and regulatory compliance.
• Track financial reports, attendance, payroll, inventory, and service reports.
