ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, invites applications for a Facilities Manager role. You will assist with the overall management and operational excellence of the facility, ensuring services meet high standards for clients and staff.

You will lead the facilities team, manage office services, vendor relations, safety programs, and budget reporting while upholding Compass Group's commitment to quality, compliance, and exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience within facilities services or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with vendor management, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting is a plus.
• Proficiency in Internet research and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Oversee hiring, staff development, communications, performance reviews and accountability for the Facility team.
• Manage office services, events, move management, vendor contracts, onboarding, and internal announcements.
• Coordinate vendor relations, monitor performance and quality with outside suppliers.
• Ensure safety and security, regulatory compliance, after-hours liaison with property management, and training.
• Track budgets, attendance, payroll, inventory, service reports and accomplishments.
