Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations at a client site, including shipping, housekeeping, vendor management, and workplace services. You will ensure safe, compliant service delivery and support client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include leading a team, managing budgets and labor, coordinating third-party providers, and partnering with HR on onboarding and training, while upholding QA and EHS standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations, facilities, logistics, housekeeping, or workplace services leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing teams and contract service providers.
• Strong knowledge of QA, EHS, HR, and financial management principles.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Manage Shipping & Receiving and Housekeeping programs.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors and service providers.
• Supervise frontline associates; previous workforce management experience required.
• Ensure compliance with ESFM and client QA standards.
• Drive EHS performance, training, and compliance.
• Support financial performance through labor management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Partner with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Build strong client and vendor relationships and resolve operational issues.
