Compass Group USA’s ESFM division seeks a Complex Facilities Manager to assist with healthcare facility operations and service quality. You will oversee staff hiring and development, organize office services, manage vendors, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficient purchasing/reporting.

The role emphasizes leadership, vendor coordination, and budget oversight within a customer-focused environment, supporting high standards of facility performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in facilities services or similar field
• Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong customer service and clear written/verbal communication skills
• Experience with outside vendors, AP/AR, and budget management preferred
• Proficient with Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Management duties including hiring, professional development, staff communication, performance reviews, and team accountability
• Office services: organize daily activities, project/move management, policies, vendor contracts, onboarding, intranet updates, and events
• Vendor management: vendor relations, coordination, performance monitoring, and vendor research
• Safety and security: ensure facility safety, emergency plans, regulatory compliance, after-hours contact, and staff training
• Purchasing and reporting: manage financial reports, attendance, payroll, inventory, and service reporting
