CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed.

This role sits within Facilities Management, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans. You will coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure all procedures are followed, acknowledge inquiries, collect work orders, and monitor progress.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures and reporting formats are followed.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information reports to track performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals, and department documents submitted by vendors.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions and memos and ask clarifying questions.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Use established procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Deliver output by following defined processes under close supervision.
