Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Oklahoma City to support Facilities Management by coordinating work orders, tracking requests, and maintaining documentation to ensure safe, efficient operations. You will act as the main point of contact between Facilities, Engineering, vendors, and clients, driving timely resolutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, workplace services, or operations coordination.
• Experience with vendor coordination and upkeep of operational records and documentation.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and facility inspections.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility service requests and work orders through completion, acting as the primary liaison between Facilities, Engineering, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Administer CMMS platforms (Corrigo) by creating, updating, and tracking work orders and ensuring timely closure and accurate documentation.
• Support facility walk-throughs and inspections, documenting deficiencies and corrective actions, and tracking follow-up through resolution.
• Maintain operational documentation including work orders, inspection records, and expense records.
