Job summary

JLL in Miramar, FL, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support site and assistant facility managers with maintenance, operations, and vendor oversight. You will develop client relationships to ensure service levels are achieved and drive a high standard of facilities service.

The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and highly flexible.
• Proficiency with information technology tools, platforms, and email communication.
• Preferred: experience in facilities or property management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs and inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and fully operational office environment.
• Respond to work orders and manage repairs, maintenance, and minor works to KPI standards.
• Coordinate delivery of site amenities and services, including fitness, food services, events, and office moves.
• Provide clear direction to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers for seamless onsite execution.
• Assist in procurement of vendors and maintain site records and documentation.
• Support client relationship management by meeting contract requirements and performance metrics.
• Maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and safety standards.
