Job summary

CBRE Facilities Coordinator role in the United States focuses on coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed. This position is part of Facilities Management and supports Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

You will interact with landlords, tenants and service providers, collect work orders, and monitor progress while following defined procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills for percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures, policies, and reporting formats are followed.
• Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information reports to determine performance and progress status.
• File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork from vendors.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions, respond to memos and clarifying questions.
• Address common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close guidance.
• Impact through clearly defined duties and tasks as described.
