Job summary

IVI-RMA is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Basking Ridge, NJ facility. The role provides onsite and network-wide administrative and facilities support to ensure safe, efficient workplace operations and quick response to vendor, employee, and building requests.

You will manage logistics, access control, ticketing, maintenance coordination across North America, and assist with renovation projects while upholding security and safety standards. 5+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Associates Degree preferred but work experience acceptable.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain administrative files for vendors and site records.
• Act as onsite Headquarters contact for the Business Operations team.
• Coordinate deliveries, receiving, and onsite logistics.
• Manage the internal ticketing system and operational email requests.
• Oversee access control and alarm systems; maintain security procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance across North American locations.
• Assist with renovations, facilities, and office maintenance projects.
• Respond to operational emergencies and maintain safety protocols.
