Job summary

Robertet Group in Piscataway, NJ seeks an Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the manufacturing facility. You will report to the Director of Facilities & Engineering NA and coordinate day-to-day activities with Operations teams, maintain records, and support plant operations.

The role requires coordinating purchasing, parts sourcing, vendor contracts, and onsite meetings, with occasional travel to Mt. Olive.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Office role with occasional manufacturing site visits.
• Strong experience with HR systems and employee records management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the manufacturing facility.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, including requests, receipts, and invoices.
• Sourcing and ordering spare parts for maintenance.
• Procurement of supplies and coordinating contracts with vendors.
• Coordinate onsite meetings, meals, and meeting room setup.
• Maintain reports for fire protection and facility systems.
