In this position you will work with CMMS to schedule preventive maintenance, manage work orders and vendor interactions, and assist with construction or remodel projects as an on-site coordinator, fostering a positive, productive culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Facility Management department.
• Handle payroll functions and accounting reconciliation.
• Maintain regulatory documents and policies.
• Manage CMMS and compliance programs for scheduling PMs and work orders.
• Assist with construction, remodels, and small projects as assistant general contractor.
• Support staff and promote a positive culture.
