Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Systems Coordinator to serve as the primary administrator for CMMS and related facilities platforms. You will ensure system integrity, support users, and deliver reporting that drives operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Administering the CMMS platform with user management, security profiles, and maintenance scheduling.
• Providing training and ongoing support to account teams, vendors, and client staff.
• Configuring system settings such as accounting codes, business hours, property contacts, and notifications.
• Developing inspection forms and coordinating data synchronization with service teams.
• Producing monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports on work orders, maintenance, and labor metrics.
• Exploring solutions to new business needs within existing system capabilities and deploying them.
• Maintaining comprehensive system documentation and serving as the single point of contact.
