Job summary

NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) is seeking a Facilities Fiscal Support Analyst to coordinate and support the Physical Plant Department. You will manage budgets, records, and scheduling systems while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and institutional policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining space inventories, overseeing the Ad Astra system, ServiceNow CMMS, and key/access systems, along with preparing reports and supporting asset management.

Qualifications

• Formal educational equivalent of an associate degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of office management experience.
• Other job-related education/experience may substitute part of requirements with approval of qualifications review committee.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining space inventory and facility maps for NWACC locations; co-administer Ad Astra scheduling system.
• Oversee Physical Plant records; manage warranties, vehicle records, and surplus asset coordination.
• Manage ServiceNow CMMS database; schedule preventive maintenance and control user access.
• Prepare and track Physical Plant budget; manage utilities and procurement processes.
• Monitor parts and supplies inventory; track inspections and equipment certifications.
• Administer physical and electronic key/access systems; track issuance and changes.
• Develop facility policies; ensure compliance with laws; prepare reports and inspections.
