Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, on-site in Nashville, seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead an integrated facilities management team for a Fortune 500 technology client. You will manage budgets, staff, and service providers to ensure safe, reliable operations and a premier workplace experience.

You will coordinate with client executives and landlords, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Eight or more years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Five or more years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting commercial or high-profile facilities through a third-party provider, corporation, or consulting environment.
• Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, telecommunications and facility asset management.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, capital planning, forecasting and vendor/contract management.
• Experience analyzing data with Excel or similar tools and CMMS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of integrated facilities management across engineering, maintenance, projects and planning for assigned sites and geography.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, executive leadership, landlords, tenants, and vendors; resolve issues with material impact.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by monitoring satisfaction and ensuring service delivery meets standards.
• Coach and develop facilities management staff; set expectations and manage performance.
• Oversee hard and soft services, asset management, and coordination with engineering teams for safe operations.
• Manage service providers and vendors to meet scope, quality and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and forecast operating and capital budgets; provide variance analysis and reporting.
