The position involves managing budgets, supervising site teams, and driving cost-reduction programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Facilities Management.
• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Strong finance and budgeting skills.
• Know-how to maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, TEAMS, Excel).
• Ability to use computer and smartphone and manage multiple email accounts.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Oversee multiple facilities within proximity with travel.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Manager in all full-service facilities management.
• Develop programs to reduce costs and increase productivity with engineers and client.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and budgets.
• Lead and train site facility teams; supervise vendor performance.
• Assist in short/long-term projects and capital planning.
• Maintain compliance with client portfolio and budgets.
• Prepare management plans and budget adjustments for buildings.
