Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Facilities Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor to lead the night and weekend backbone of our building systems. You will supervise a skilled team across overnight and weekend shifts to ensure our facility, equipment, and safety systems perform flawlessly.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, OSHA compliance, and hands-on troubleshooting, with responsibilities including managing spare parts, coaching staff, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related facilities or industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate repair activities for building and equipment.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Direct custodial operations and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Own spare parts inventory and ensure availability.
• Promote safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Coach maintenance team and communicate technical information clearly.
• Maintain hazardous materials logs and evacuation plans.
