Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. This role is responsible for supporting daily maintenance and reliability of facility and production equipment in a manufacturing environment, troubleshooting efficiently, and responding to downtime safely and promptly.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read electrical schematics, repair electrical systems, source parts, and document maintenance logs.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems in manufacturing.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals.
• Respond to downtime and complete repairs with minimal production disruption.
• Perform and schedule preventive maintenance activities.
• Support new equipment launches and process improvements.
• Diagnose and repair machine controls and electrical systems.
• Source replacement parts considering cost, lead time, and quality.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and service reps on repairs.
• Reassemble machinery after repairs and verify operation.
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment logs.
• Install/replace machine components to spec.
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, dust collection, and ventilation.
• Repair/reroute facility utilities (electrical, air, water).
• Repair shop equipment and hand tools as needed.
• Assist with building, modifying, or rebuilding production equipment.
