Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead third-shift maintenance activities on the plant floor, ensuring safe, efficient operation of equipment and processes. The role directs maintenance staff, oversees work orders, and collaborates with production to minimize downtime.

Candidate will guide technical teams, review planned packages, and enforce work standards while supporting continuous-improvement across equipment areas and utilities.

Qualifications

• At least five years of manufacturing or maintenance-supervision experience.
• Experience managing safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and drive systems.
• Knowledge of SAP CMMS or comparable maintenance systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team's safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Attend shift handover meetings and review downtime and work orders.
• Assign workload and manage labor, materials, and priorities.
• Provide technical guidance on maintenance and process changes.
• Coordinate with planners to manage backlog and scheduling.
• Spend the majority of the shift on the plant floor engaging with technicians.
