You will manage a skilled team, plan preventive maintenance, and coach staff while resolving escalations.

You will oversee spare parts, OSHA compliance, climate control systems, and repair activities, driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture at MSC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related facilities or industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience leading overnight/weekend teams is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight and weekend teams to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate spare parts inventory and parts reorder processes.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety practices across the facility.
• Review climate control dashboards and perform HVAC-related checks.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff and participate in cross-functional projects.
