Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the third shift to lead planned, scheduled, and emergency maintenance in a manufacturing setting. The role spends significant time on the plant floor, guiding mechanics, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

You will manage work orders in SAP, coordinate with planners, oversee payroll and attendance, and drive continuous-improvement of equipment areas. Candidates need five years in maintenance supervision and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• At least five years of manufacturing or maintenance-supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with SAP or CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure all maintenance work orders, parts, and approvals are complete.
• Attend shift-handover meetings and review downtime and actions.
• Coordinate with planners to prioritize backlog and assign workload.
• Monitor safety, quality, time, and cost of maintenance on the floor.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to mechanics.
