Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a Plant Reliability & Facilities Supervisor to safeguard uptime and safety on our manufacturing site. You will lead a multi-skilled maintenance and tool room team, ensuring equipment reliability, safe operations, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive the preventive maintenance program, manage space planning, oversee hazardous waste handling, and coordinate projects, RFPs, and contractor work while mentoring technicians and building a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of maintenance and tool-room teams.
• Experience driving preventive maintenance programs and reliability goals.
• Strong safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel across Maintenance and Tool Room.
• Plan, assign, and direct daily work; allocate resources.
• Appraise performance, reward achievements, and manage discipline.
• Lead PM scheduling, verification, and frequency adjustments.
• Oversee hazardous waste handling and regulatory liaison.
• Coordinate projects, budgets, specs, and contractor work.
