Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials to complete repairs; maintain inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend machinery life and manage emergency repairs.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for safe operation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regs, and company safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily responsibilities.
• Apply standard principles to solve complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related job disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and effectively explain difficult information.
