Qualifications

• 4+ years assisting with facilities operations in multiple locations in commercial real estate.
• Experience with CMMS / Work Order Management programs.
• Experience with vendor management and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities projects and vendor performance to meet budget and schedule.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial operations for the site.
• Manage CMMS implementation and work order processes across offices.
• Lead and develop facilities staff and coordinators.
• Ensure safety and compliance across locations.
