Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager in the Bellevue area who will lead a team of technicians and vendors to maintain high‑quality store and facility operations.

You will drive safety programs, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure service delivery aligns with contracts and customer expectations. The role requires 5+ years of FM experience, strong knowledge of MEP systems, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Facilities Manager or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Solid knowledge of building/mechanical/electrical systems (MEP) and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safety-first culture and drive safe work practices.
• Lead a team of technicians, vendors, and suppliers across multiple locations.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors and ensure service delivery per agreements.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and respond to emergencies.
• Build relationships with site leads and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
