You will mentor technicians, manage vendors, uphold safety standards, and drive maintenance programs to support store and distribution needs. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of MEP systems, and a proven track record in facilities management, with preference for CMMS experience and lean/six sigma exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facilities management or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of building/mechanical/electrical (MEP) systems.
• Experience with CMMS systems and reporting.
• Strong customer relationship skills and leadership ability.
• Experience managing remote teams and third-party services.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians, vendors, and suppliers across multiple locations.
• Establish relationships with site leads and business partners.
• Uphold contract terms with subcontractors and ensure delivery.
• Drive safety culture and proactive maintenance programs.
• Ensure preventive maintenance for critical and non-critical equipment.
• Coordinate FM activities with site occupants and landlords.
• Develop and implement SOPs and PM schedules.
• Respond to emergency calls as needed.
• Contribute to achieving store sales or fulfillment goals.
• Leverage CMMS data to improve operations and reporting.
