Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP, and CMMS reporting.
• Experience managing remote teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Establish safety-first culture and promote safe work practices.
• Oversee a team of technicians, vendors, and suppliers across multiple locations.
• Build relationships with site leads and business partners to ensure trusted FM delivery.
• Uphold contracts with subcontractors and ensure service delivery.
• Lead preventive maintenance scheduling for critical and non-critical equipment.
• Coordinate FM activities with site occupants and property management.
• Develop SOPs and PM schedules to support all areas.
• Respond to emergency calls as necessary.
