Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield, Minnesota-based, seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization for a campus or multi-building environment. You will drive day-to-day operations, tenant satisfaction, and safety programs in alignment with client goals.

The role requires 5–7 years of commercial property management, strong financial discipline, contract oversight, and hands-on leadership of facility staff. A CMMS/Work Order system and Yardi knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of commercial high-rise, campus or portfolio management.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and building operation.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across custodial, life-safety, and maintenance.
• Manage contracts, budgets, and purchase orders; ensure SLA adherence.
• Lead staff, train personnel, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
