Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years industry experience in either the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Strong organizational and management within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Share Point.
• Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilities management support as the single point of contact for the client’s facilities operation.
• Coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with long-term planning for space utilization and technology upgrades.
• Develop and implement cost-reducing programs to increase productivity.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Manage budgets for capital and operating expenses in collaboration with client representatives.
• Develop and implement annual management plans for buildings in the area.
