Job summary

JLL, in Redmond, WA, seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager in delivering maintenance, client services, and budget oversight for corporate real estate operations. The role includes 24/7 emergency response, vendor coordination, KPI/SLA monitoring, and implementing IFM best practices while ensuring client satisfaction.

You will collaborate across teams, prepare operating and capital budgets, support annual plans, and deliver regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity.
• Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives while managing multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of building systems including mechanical and electrical systems for effective facility operations support.
• Computer proficiency with ability to utilize various software platforms and systems for facility management operations.
• Availability for 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required for critical facility operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to follow established procedures and escalation protocols effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services with client satisfaction
• Interface with property occupants and provide 24/7 emergency call support
• Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors
• Collaborate with account team to implement IFM best practices
• Assist in development and management of operating and capital budgets
• Assist in annual management plan development and KPIs
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports and optimize vendor spend
