Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to partner with the Facilities Manager and drive operational excellence across our Redmond properties.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure reliable building performance, and lead critical facility improvement projects while coordinating with vendors and tenants. A strong background in MEP systems and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or building operations.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BAS/BMS, and energy management platforms.
• Proven project management skills with budgeting and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Facilities Manager to oversee daily property operations and ensure building systems run efficiently.
• Lead facility improvement projects from conception to completion, including scope, budgeting and milestones.
• Perform regular property inspections and implement continuous improvement to reduce costs.
• Manage vendor relationships, issue performance reviews, and enforce SLAs.
• Respond to tenant service requests and participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
