Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) invites a Facilities Manager to join our Las Colinas on-site team in Irving, TX. You will support the General Manager, manage technicians and contractors, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high-quality facilities services for the client.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and capital planning aligned with the client’s goals. Strong leadership and CMMS experience are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with management/technical emphasis in Facilities Management.
• 5+ years industry experience in facilities management, corporate, 3rd party provider, or consulting.
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to manage technical and administrative staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication/presentation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS systems; Corrigo experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in implementing short and long-term goals and projects for the client.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors while ensuring policy compliance.
• Lead facilities staff to deliver service levels within the prescribed budget.
• Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets with client representatives.
• Complete monthly/quarterly/annual reporting following client record-keeping policies.
• Recommend capital improvements and prepare operating budget reports and forecasts.
