Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) invites a Facilities Manager to join our Las Colinas on-site team in Irving, TX. You will support the General Manager, manage technicians and contractors, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high-quality facilities services for the client.
Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and capital planning aligned with the client’s goals. Strong leadership and CMMS experience are essential to succeed in this role.

The Facilities Manager serves as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the General Manager and with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role coordinates and manages tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction while supporting the implementation of short and long-term goals and projects for the client through innovative programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
