Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for daily communication and reporting.
• Strong CMMS experience and data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and coordinate maintenance requests including scheduling and vendor dispatch.
• Create and manage work orders in CMMS; track progress and completion.
• Communicate with clients daily via phone, email, and reports to maintain relationships.
• Prepare quotes and manage purchase orders with approvals.
• Generate reports and provide data analytics for assigned units.
