This role coordinates and manages tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction while supporting the implementation of short and long-term goals and projects for the client through innovative programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity. **Your day-to-day tasks will include:*** Support the General Manager in implementing short and long-term goals and projects for the client* Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity* Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors while ensuring compliance with client and JLL policies* Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget* Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with client representatives* Complete monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements accurately and on time following client's record keeping policies* Recommend capital improvements and prepare operating budget reports, monthly forecasts, and variance reports **Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis* 5+ years industry experience required either in a corporate environment, third party service provider, or as consultant* Strong leadership and management skills with ability to manage both technical and administrative staff* Strong interpersonal skills and communication/presentation abilities* Proficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Computer proficiency in CMMS systems.
