Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities or Property Management.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility or property management.
• Experience in corporate environments or with third‑party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility and property management services for Class A assets.
• Serve as primary contact for occupants/tenants and visitors with strong customer service.
• Support work order management and vendor coordination to ensure timely maintenance.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis for operations.
• Conduct regular property inspections and report findings to the General Manager.
