Job summary

JLL, a leading real estate services firm, is seeking a Facilities Manager in Spencerville, OH to oversee operations, maintenance and optimization of building systems, ensuring safety, efficiency and sustainability while delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive preventive maintenance, vendor management, and client-facing service delivery in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in facilities management, building operations or property mgmt.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, building automation.
• Proven budget management and cost control experience with service excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills; CMMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, identify cost-savings while maintaining service quality.
• Lead and coordinate facilities teams, engineers, technicians and providers.
• Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance and audits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor contracts and performance; ensure safety requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and minimize disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored facilities solutions.
• Drive sustainability through energy-efficient practices and metrics monitoring.
• Maintain documentation like maintenance records and certificates.
